Identity verification artifacts — including OCR extractions, biometric liveness results and PEP declarations — are retained only for the statutory period required by applicable Canadian and U.S. compliance obligations, and are accessible only to role-scoped nodes in the transaction graph.
Magic-link sessions are ephemeral and tokenized. They grant read access limited to the recipient's role and expire automatically.
